Hunua Falls

Pack a picnic, jump in the car and head to Hunua Falls - just 45mins south of the city centre.

The waterfall is a short walk from the carpark. Immerse yourself in beautiful native New Zealand bush surrounding the waterfall. Choose to spend your time here with a nice picnic or lace up your walking shoes and head up one of the multiple signposted tracks for a better view from above.

This is a rubbish-free zone so remember to take all belongings with you when you leave.
